Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to find the specific items you wish to return and submit a formal request.
Print Return Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip to include in the box.
Secure the Package
Pack your items securely in their original manufacturing packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund has been processed.
