Double Track Router Planing Sled for Full Size Routers

Our Double Track Router Planing Sled is lower cost version of our popular Ultra Track planing sled.  Our Router Sled is the perfect Slab flattening jig. The double track sled is an affordable solution for surfacing or milling smaller live-edge stock, surfacing cutting boards and other small projects. Two easy to use models to choose from. Each model will accommodate an unlimited length workpiece. You simply slide the sled down your support to make the next pass. 

1-1/2" tall aluminum Double Track rails support your router as you guide it back and forth over the work piece. The aluminum Double Tracks support rails slide on top of wood rails that you provide or you can use our 3010 rail kit.  

Includes a NoDrill Router Plate with a quick attach feature so your full size router can be quickly attached or removed.

Works with any router bit you supply that has an overall length of at least 2-1/2". Our optional 13600 up-shear router bit leaves a great surface finish! Has a 1-1/2" cutting diameter, 5/8" cutting length with a 2-1/2" overall length and a 1/2" shank.
