Woodhaven 1-1/4" × 4-7/8" T-Strike Plate Template Jig – ASA Standard Size

Our heavy-duty Hinge Jigs are the fastest, easiest, and most accurate way to rout hinge, strike plate, and lockset mortises. This template guide is designed for a 5/8" bearing or guide bushing and a 1/2" router bit. Use our bearing-guided bit (8500 or 8505), or the bushing and bit combo (5030K and 15407) for clean, precise mortises.

Each jig attaches to a 3/4" wood fence (user-supplied) using the included hardware. The fence ensures chip-free cuts and provides reliable indexing. Two screw-in indexing pins help you quickly set your desired backset and keep the jig square to the fence.
